WELCOME

From the visible aspects of my identity, you can see I am a woman of color. I have also been told that I look young. At one point, someone said to me: “As a young woman of color, you’ll have to work harder to achieve the same as someone who holds privileges you don’t.” Messages like these have shaped who I am. It strengthened my courage, resilience, and compassion. Qualities I now bring to my work every day.

Beneath what is visible, I am an early childhood educator and leadership trainer. I hold a Doctorate in Early Childhood Education and have served in leadership roles across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. These experiences have deepened my commitment to children’s play and to creating learning environments that honor identity, agency, and belonging. I believe in the potential of every learner, child and adult alike.
Supporting early childhood educators and developing leadership capacity is not simply what I do. It is my purpose and my commitment to creating learning communities where every child and every educator can flourish.
