Effective leadership development builds the capacity of individual leaders and teams to drive schoolwide and systemic growth that enhances student learning. Jennifer provides one-on-one and group mentoring and coaching, fostering professional dialogue and reflective practice to strengthen leadership skills and empower sustained impact.

MIDDLE & SENIOR LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Jennifer facilitates training programs for middle and senior leaders, focused on enhancing team effectiveness, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. Through interactive workshops, action learning, and reflective practice, participants gain the confidence and capability to lead initiatives, shape school culture, and drive meaningful change. She has worked closely with International Schools Partnership (ISP), supporting leaders at all levels to maximize their impact on teaching, learning, and schoolwide improvement.
