Play does not have a universal definition as it is culturally embedded and institutionally defined. Jennifer develops bespoke courses and her services are personalized to the school. She will guide educators through the process of understanding play and what play might look like specific to the individual context.

What we know is that development of school leaders is grounded in building the capacity of individual leaders and leadership teams to generate schoolwide and systemic growth that positively impacts student learning. Jennifer offers one-on-one and group mentoring and coaching, supporting the development of capacity in school leaders through opportunities for professional dialogue and reflective practice.
